Our services

Gym maintenance on a Concept2 RowErg rower and our THERMA-STEEM steam cleaner at CrossFit Reverb

Bikes

Bike Maintenance Package:

$30-45 Per Unit, Depending on Condition*

• Sanitize entire unit

• Tighten all bolts

• Blow out flywheel assembly

• Clean and lubricate chain as well as all wear points

• Adjust feet to level and tighten

• Record and log any abnormalities or areas of concern

Inspect:

• Handle bar pivot nuts

• Front linkage bearing

• Chain tension (adjust if needed)

• Monitor to ensure it is working properly

• Bottom bracket for proper tightness

*Per unit price is an estimate, final pricing is dependent on type of bike and if any services beyond standard "Bike Maintenance Package" are needed.

Treadmills

Treadmill Maintenance Package (Non-Motorized Treadmills ONLY)

$45-$50 Per Unit, Depending on Condition*

• Sanitize entire unit

• Blow out entire unit

• Lubricate all belt bearings

• Record and log any abnormalities or areas of concern

Inspect:

• Tread surface for any signs of wear

• Monitor to ensure it is working properly

• Wiring and connections

*Per unit price is an estimate, final pricing is dependent on type of Treadmill and if any services beyond standard "Treadmill Maintenance Package" are needed.

Rowers

Rower Maintenance Package (Air Resistant Rowers ONLY)

$30-$40 Per Unit, Depending on Condition*

• Sanitize entire unit

• Blow out fan wheel assembly

• Clean and lubricate chain as well as check for stiff links

• Clean seat rollers and track

• Record and log any abnormalities or areas of concern

Inspect:

• Monitor to ensure it is working properly

• Monitor arm and display bolts

• Shock cord

• All critical screws and bolts

• Remove and lubricate flywheel (should be done annually OR every 500,000 meters) *additional cost applies*

*Per unit price is an estimate, final pricing is dependent on type of Rower and if any services beyond standard "Rower Maintenance Package" are needed.

Barbells

• Silver Package

$4.50 Per Unit, Depending on Condition*

• Collar lubrication

• Gold Package

$13.50 Per Unit, Depending on Condition*

• Collar lubrication

• Sanitize entire unit

• Treating bar knurling

• Platinum Package

$22.50 Per Unit, Depending on Condition*

• Collar lubrication

• Sanitize entire unit

• Treating bar knurling

• Remove snap rings and collars

• Clean and lubricate all internal parts

• Polish bar

• Lubricate and replace collars

• Inspect snap rings for any bends and inspect all internal parts. Will replace if needed. *additional cost applies*

*Per unit price is an estimate, final pricing is dependent on type of Barbell and if any services beyond standard "Silver Package", "Gold Package", or "Platinum Package" are needed.

SkiErgs

SkiErg Maintenance Package

$30-$40 Per Unit, Depending on Condition*

• Sanitize entire unit

• Blow out fan wheel assembly

• Record and log any abnormalities or areas of concern

Inspect:

• Monitor to ensure it is working properly

• Monitor arm and display bolts

• Shock cord

• All critical screws and bolts

• Remove and lubricate flywheel (should be done annually OR every 500,000 meters) *additional cost applies*

Sanitation

Sanitation Packages

• While each of our equipment maintenance packages does come with sanitation for each unit. We know some of our customers have more sanitation needs beyond that. Whether you have more equipment that needs to be sanitized, or maybe you need a full facility done. Our maintenance team is here to help. As each facility is unique, pricing for sanitation may vary. Please submit your request via our Schedule Your Appointment form with your gym specifications for a quote.
