What is your return policy?

As we deal directly with each manufacture when fulfilling your order, we abide by whatever each individual manufactures return policy is. Including, but not limited to, any return shipping fees that are your responsibility, any restocking fees, and any other requirements the manufacture has set as a stipulation of returning. As well as, any policy they have in regards to refusals of shipments.

Should you wish to start the return process, please first see if you are eligible based off the manufacturers return policy. You can find each of the manufactures we deal with and their return policy below:

Then, if you’re eligible for return based of the manufacture(s) return policy, please contact our customer service team directly via phone. We will then start the return process in accordance with the return policy of whichever manufacture(s) is(are) necessary. We do not do returns via email at this time. 

What is your exchange policy?

Currently, the manufacturers listed above do not offer an exchange policy. Therefore, exchanges are not possible at this time.

What if my order arrived damaged? 

If your order arrived damaged please contact our customer service team by phone immediately and we will assist you.
