When you make a purchase with us, we use some of your Personal Information when fulfilling your order with third parties. In regards to making a purchase, the third parties we are referencing are the manufactures of the respective product(s) you have purchased from us. We fulfill your purchase by means of drop shipment (“drop shipment” , “drop ship” , “drop shipped” , “drop shipping). This means that when we collect your Personal Information during the ordering process, we then use some of that Personal Information to fulfill your order directly with the manufacture of the respective product(s) you have purchased from us. We share this Personal Information with Squarespace, our online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us. We also share this information with Outlook by Microsoft for storage and with Zapier for data porting.

4.4 Subscribing

When you subscribe on this website, we collect Personal Information from you to enable your member areas access. We share this information with Squarespace, our website hosting provider so that they can provide exclusive member area hosting services to us.

4.5 Visiting Our Site

This website is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace collects personal data when you visit this website, including:

You have the right to not be discriminate against (as provided for in applicable law) if you exercise your privacy rights. Mobile Gym Tech does not discriminate against California Residents for exercising their rights.

12.1d.4 Verification Process

If we receive such a request from you, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. These verification efforts require us to ask you to provide information so that we can match it with information you have previously provided us. Please make sure that you note you are a California Resident when you contact us. Depending on the type of request you submit, we may need to have you provide certain information so that we can match it to the information we already have on file. We may also contact you through a communication method, such as phone or email, that you have previously provided to us. There may also be other verification methods that we will need to use depending on the circumstances. 

When using Personal Information provided in your request, we will only use such information to verify your identity or authority to make such a request. We will make every effort possible to avoid requesting additional information for the purpose of verification of identity. However, if we are unable to verify your identity with the information you have provided us, we may request that your provide additional information so we may verify your identity, and for security or fraud-prevention purposes. Once we have finished verifying you identity we will delete any additional information you provided.

  • You may request correction of your personal data if it is incorrect or no longer relevant, or ask to restrict the processing of the data

  • You can designate an authorized agent to make a request under the CCPA on your behalf. We may deny a request from an authorized agent that does not submit proof that they have been validly authorized to act on your behalf in accordance with the CCPA
