How does Mobile Gym Tech ship my item(s)?
If you have selected an item to be shipped directly to you, your item will be “drop shipped”.
What does “drop shipped” mean?
We had a feeling you’d ask. “Drop shipped” simply means your product will be delivered directly from the manufacture. Our partnerships and close relationships with some of the industries leading suppliers of fitness and wellness equipment allow for us not only to sell their products on our website, but to have each manufacture ship you your product directly. This allows us to bring you some of the very best products available while also giving you the peace of mind that each item you purchase is backed by the manufacturer.
How long does my order take to process?
Once you place an order on our website you will receive a confirmation email right away. Processing of your order will vary depending on which product you ordered and on what day of the week you placed your order. Generally, all orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Business days take place Monday-Friday, except for any nationally observed holidays.
How long does shipping take?
Due to current worldwide supply chain issues delivery times do vary. Each manufacture has various delivery times and we do everything we can to have your items delivered to you on time. For a majority of our products, you’ll receive them within 7-14 business days. However, some manufactures are experiencing supply chain delays and certain products are estimated to be delivered anywhere from 2-8 weeks. Again, these are estimates and can change at a moments notice. Once your order is placed we will provide you with real time updates every step of the way. As always, you’re more than welcome to contact our customer service team if you have any questions or concerns. We respectively ask for your patience while we navigate this tough time.
Since you said you “drop ship” my order, do I still get tracking information emailed to me?
Yes! You will get email updates every step of the way. Once your order is placed you’ll immediately receive a confirmation email your order has been received by us. Then, once your order has shipped out from the manufactures warehouse, we will send another email to you with your tracking information.
How is my order delivered?
Each manufacture delivers their items with various carriers depending on what you’ve ordered. If you have ordered a larger piece of equipment, like an AssaultBike or a TrueForm Runner, these items are delivered via freight company. Freight companies provide curbside delivery only. Meaning, for liability reasons, the freight company is only obligated to bring your package to your curb. What if I selected to have my item delivered and assembled?
Depending on your shipping address, we do offer the option to have our team personally deliver and assemble your item (additional cost applies). If you’re eligible and opted to have your item delivered and assembled we will first have your item shipped directly to our warehouse. Then, our team will coordinate with you a time and date that is convenient to have delivery take place. That’s it! Simple as that.
How do I know if I’m eligible to have my item delivered and assembled and how much does it cost?
Great question! Each product page that offers this option has a link to the “Product Delivery & Assembly” page should you wish to see if you’re eligible for delivery and assembly of your item. The “Product Delivery & Assembly” page has a contact form for you to fill out. It’s as simple as filling out the contact form with your name, address, contact information, and the item(s) you’re wanting to order. Pricing is dependent on the delivery location, if there will be stairs to get the item into your home, if one or more members of our delivery team will be needed, etc. Once we have received your information a member of our service team will contact you to directly to inform you if you are eligible for delivery and assembly and go over final pricing.
