Utilizing some of the same machine rower technology like the flywheel resistance the advanced PM5 Performance monitor, the SkiErg flips your workout from a horizontal position to a vertical one. This vertical workout position accurately simulates the movements of real cross-country skiing and allows you to use both double pole and classic alternating arm technique. ADVANCED PM5 PERFORMANCE MONITOR
The advanced PM5 Performance Monitor is what sets the Concept2 SkiErg apart from all other cross-country training machines. Keep track of turns, distance, calories burned, pace, watts, and more so that you’ll always have all the date you need to keep track of your progress during each workout. When starting your workout the PM5 monitor turns on automatically and will store all your data in its internal memory, or you can store it in your personal USB drive, and its easy to transfer all your workouts to Concept2s free Online Logbook.
Wether you’re looking to “Just Ski” or looking for a more specific workout, the PM5 monitor has a wide range of options available to you. In addition, the monitor connects via Bluetooth® to your phone or favorite device and is compatible with Concept2s own ErgData app. As well as many other third party apps to help keep you motivated. Whichever app you choose, each SkiErg has a device holder that allows you to keep your phone in place while working out.

BUILT FOR EASE AND COMFORT
The Concept2 SkiErg was built for ease and comfort in mind. You’re able to use it in its standard configuration by mounting it on a wall, or you can use it with a floor stand (sold separately). Having it mounted on a wall is the most compact option. While having it attached to the floor stand will provide you with even more features such as an anti-skid deck, caster wheels, and complete mobility of the SkiErg.
The design of the SkiErg is not only easy and convenient to use, it’s also engineered to be comfortable as well. The ergonomic, strapless handles provide a comfortable and secure grip. They’re also designed to not absorb sweat during your workout so they stay dry in those high intensity situations. All hand sizes are suitable with the handles as well so there is no need for any adjusting, just grab on and you’re ready to go.
While the SkiErg is used by all levels of athletes, its versatility and adaptability have made it one of the most popular machines for rehabbing from injuries. To create the perfect feel of the pull simply adjust the spiral damper which will adjust the airflow to the flywheel. The design of the flywheel keeps noise to a minimum while maintaining a smooth feel during your workout.
