Reflex Fitness & Rogue Fitness
Reflex Fitness is a manufacturer of commercial grade fitness equipment used by colleges, pro teams, Olympic training facilities, high schools, military, fire, and law enforcement since 1990. Rogue purchased Reflex in 2018 to add their considerable capabilities to our product offerings. They continue to build outstanding fitness equipment in their Illinois factory.
The Monster Lite Cave is manufactured in the USA and features 3x3” 11-gauge steel with an MG Black finish, 5/8" hardware, and laser-cut holes spaced 2” on center. Customers can select the height of the uprights (90” or 100”) and the depth and configuration of the central Fold Back Rack, which is available as either a full 4-post power rack (24” or 30” depth) with included strap safeties or a standard 2-post fold-flat (21.5” or 41.5” depth). Building on the modular design of the Reflex Racks, the Cave can also be equipped with multiple different storage options, including Rack Storage Panels that offer unique cross-compatibility with 1” Monster Series attachments. The option of side winder make it possible to use the real estate on the outside of a Rogue Slinger, as well.
There are multiple cable system options with the Monster Lite Cave, from our Weight Stack Slingers (with new high and low swivel pulleys) to either dual full CT-1 Cable Towers or a combination of the CT-1 and a LP-2 Lat Pulldown/Low Pull.
Please Note: The CT-1 and LP-2 are only compatible with the 100” rack height option. The CT-1 and LP-2 units ship fully assembled.
Cable System Configuration Options:
1. Dual Swivel Weight Stack Slinger: Our Monster Lite Weight Stack Slingers are augmented with high and low swivels allowing cable crossover movements as well as adding single cable movements that involve multiple axes. Rogue single cable handles and shrouds for the outsides of the weight stacks are included standard. The Slinger itself is made with 1/4” thick steel mounting plates, chrome-plated guide rods, MIL Spec cable, and 300 LB adjustable weight stacks in 10 LB increments with a 1:1 ratio (only the Weight Stack version of the Slinger is available with this package).
2. Dual CT-1: The CT-1 Cable Towers have 16 adjustable height positions and include 6” machined aluminum pulleys, a USA Mil Spec cable, diamond tread footplate, Rogue single cable handles, and a 250 LB weight stack in 10 LB increments with a 2:1 ratio. This is only available with the 100” rack height option.
3. CT-1 + LP-2: This option includes (1) CT-1 Cable Tower and (1) LP-2 Lat Pulldown / Low Row. The LP-2 includes a 300 LB weight stack (10 LB increments, 1:1 ratio), stainless steel lat bar, diamond-tread adjustable footplate, 6” machined aluminum pulleys, a USA Mil Spec cable, and a set of custom-built black carabiners—one each for the lat pulldown and the low row. This is only available with the 100” rack height option.

Maximum Versatility
The Monster Lite Cave combines a Rogue ML Fold Back Rack with TWO independent cable-pulley systems and loads of available storage capacity. It enables athletes to do cable crossover movements from both high and low positions, performing triceps pushdowns and curls, lat pulldowns, low pulls, etc., alongside barbell movements like the squat, press, and bench press. The system’s compatibility with dozens of add-ons and accessories offers almost limitless customization options.
Multiple Height And Depth Options
Along with custom attachments, customers can also customize The Monster Lite Cave to their gym’s available space. The Fold Back Rack in the middle of the rig is available as a full power rack with 4 uprights (in a 24” or 30” depth) with included strap safeties or as a standard 2-upright fold-flat in a 21.5” or 41.5” depth. The height of the unit can also be selected at either 90” or 100”. Because of the unique retractable design of the power rack, additional space can also be instantly created by folding the unit’s uprights inward using the convenient hinge-and-pin system.
