With advanced ergonomics, the patented Theragun Triangle ergonomic handle gives you the ability to hold the device in a variety of ways depending on where you need treatment. This design actively reduces the strain on your hands, wrists, and arms.
A professionally designed OLED screen provides you with complete control over your routine by displaying not only your speed, but also a responsive force meter.
The PRO also allows you to toggle between up to 3 preset treatments saved to your device via the Therabody app. Or, use one of the 5 built in speeds (1750, 1900, 2100, 2200, 2400 percussions per minute). If you need to customize the speed range, the PRO can easily accommodate you. Using the Therabody app via Bluetooth® you can select any speed between the 1750-2400 PPM range. In addition, guided treatment routines are also available via the app.
The PRO includes 2 rechargeable lithium-ion batteries with 150 minutes of battery life each. For all day run time simply charge one battery while the other is in use and swap them as needed. PRO’s professionally designed features provide you with all the tools necessary to care for your body day in and day out.

THERABODY APP
The Therabody app provides you with everything you need to customize your therapy treatment as well as tools to guide you through various treatment routines. Apart from the 5 built in speeds you can choose from, the app also allows you to select any speed between the 1750-2400 PPM range.
Providing customization isn’t the only benefit of the the Therabody app, it also integrates with Apple Health and Google Fit to learn from your behavior. By doing so it will suggest tailored guided routines that can be sent right to your device via Bluetooth. Just finished your morning bike ride? The app may suggest a customized leg and foot recovery routine. From customization to behavioral learning, the Therabody app is there to guide you through your wellness journey.

DEPTH
Deep muscle treatment all comes down to precise amplitude. Meaning, how far the arm or shaft of the device extends and retracts to make contact to the body while delivering each percussion. The Theragun has a 16 mm aptitude that reaches 60% deeper into muscle compared to average massagers.
SPEED
Unlike other low-amplitude, high-speed massagers that rapidly vibrate and desensitize the skin. The Theragun provides more than just vibration, it actually leaves the skins surface at 40 time per second. This allows it to pinpoint a specific area of the body without the brain acclimating to the simulation.
FORCE
Providing up to 60 lbs. force without stalling. The Theragun is a powerful therapy tool that will generate more circulation and tension release.

Using the PRO
1. Insert the lithium-ion battery fully before turning on the PRO.
2. To turn on the PRO, firmly press and hold the center button for 2 seconds on the button pad.
3. Press the plus (+) and minus (-) buttons on the button pad to increase or decrease speed.
4. Press the left (<) and right (>) arrows on the button pad to toggle between the PRO’s pre-loaded treatment presets.
5. The PRO should be used with the attachment making perpendicular contact with the skin. Only the attachment of the device should make contact with the skin or area you are treating. Do not use the device at an angle that puts the percussive arm of the device in contact with the skin.
6. To turn off the PRO, firmly press and hold the center button on the button pad until the device shuts down.
Connecting the Attachments
Align the attachment with the tip of the rotating arm and push to connect. To remove, grip the attachment, placing 1 finger on each side of the plastic connector. Pull off the attachment.
Using the Rotating Arm
The PRO’s rotating arm adjusts to 4 positions. To adjust the arm, push the rotating arm button on the underside of the PRO and move the arm to the desired position.

Overview
The PRO is smart device enabled with Bluetooth® connectivity, designed to pair seamlessly with the Therabody app. When you download the app, you’ll be guided through a step-by-step setup and shown how to pair your device. Once paired with your device, the app can remotely adjust speed, activate guided treatment presets, and make real-time recommendations based on your usage. The PRO’s OLED screen supports your app experience by displaying the current speed and force to help guide your treatment.
Saved Preset Routines on Device
The PRO can store up to three presets locally. Each preset is a unique combination of speed, time, and force depending on the guided wellness routine it stems from. That means that each person’s device is specific to them and can be tailored to their particular needs.
Privacy
Per the manufacturer: “The health and activity data collected on your Therabody app stays there, period. At Therabody, we understand your health and activity data is yours and yours alone. We don’t collect, sell, or share any of your data, ever. In fact, feel free to test this by activating Airplane Mode on your phone. You’ll see that the app continues to work independently of any signal, as all of your data is stored locally on your device.”

Inserting and Removing PRO's Lithium-ion Batteries
Align and insert the battery in the battery slot on the underside of the Theragun PRO with the flat side of the battery end facing the circular release button. Battery life is displayed on the PRO’s OLED screen when the device is turned on. The PRO is fully charged when the OLED screen shows 100% and the battery icon is full. To remove the battery, press the circular release button above the battery slot and pull the battery out.
Charging
Plug the charging wire into the port on the charging dock. Insert the battery into the charging dock and press down until the light flashes. Charging is complete once the light stops flashing.
